Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how National Acquisition Holdings, LLC, doing business as BoringSales (“BoringSales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website at boringsales.ai and our AI voice-agent and appointment-setting services (together, the “Service”). “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an individual.
This policy covers the information we handle as a business in our own right (for example, information about visitors to our website and our own customers). When we process information about your leads and contacts on your behalf as part of providing the Service, we act as your service provider/processor, and our handling of that information is governed by our agreement with you and our Terms of Service; the business that submitted the information is responsible for its own privacy notices to those individuals.
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information in three ways:
Information you provide
When you fill out a form, request a demo, create an account, contact us, or subscribe to communications, you may give us information such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, role, and the details of your inquiry. If you become a paying customer, our payment processors collect billing information; we do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners may automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and how you interact with the site. This helps us operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.
Information from the Service
When you use the Service, we process information generated by it, such as call metadata, recordings, transcripts, qualification outcomes, and booked appointments. As described above, lead and contact information you load into the Service is processed on your behalf and under your instructions.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and our website;
- create and manage accounts, process payments, and provide customer support;
- respond to your inquiries and send you administrative and transactional messages;
- send marketing communications about our products and services (you can opt out at any time, as described below);
- measure performance, conduct analytics, and develop new features;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
- comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep the site secure, understand usage, and support marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through any cookie banner we provide. Some features of the site may not work properly if you disable cookies. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law.
4. When and With Whom We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, telephony and messaging, email delivery, and customer support, under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- Integrations you enable. With third-party services you connect to the Service (for example, your CRM or calendar), at your direction.
- Legal and safety. When we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BoringSales, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset.
Some sharing for analytics or advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out as described in Section 7.
5. Third-Party Sites and Links
Our website and the Service may link to or integrate with sites and platforms we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal information.
6. Security and Retention
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, and then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or of targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. You can:
- Opt out of marketing by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us at [email protected].
- Exercise privacy rights by contacting us at the email above. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
If your personal information was provided to us by a business using the Service (for example, because you are one of their leads), please direct your request to that business; we will assist them as their service provider.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. EU/UK Privacy Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We process personal information on legal bases including your consent, our legitimate interests, the performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date, and, where required, provide additional notice. To contact us about this policy or to exercise your rights:
