Our Guarantee

We only win when you win, so we back BoringSales with a straightforward, performance-based guarantee. The important thing to understand up front is that this is a conditional guarantee. It works because the leads we call are inbound — real people who reached out to you or responded to your ads because they are interested in what you sell. It is not a magic bullet, and it only applies when the conditions on this page are met. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
The promise
Our promise is simple, and it is based entirely on performance: if we install BoringSales and it doesn’t perform, you don’t pay.
“Perform” means our setter calls your inbound leads fast, qualifies them, and books appointments on your calendar. If it does that, the guarantee has been met. If it genuinely doesn’t do that and you met the conditions below, you are not on the hook for it.
Read this first: what this is and isn’t
The guarantee depends on your leads being real and inbound. Specifically:
- Inbound only. BoringSales works inbound leads — people who opted in, filled out a form, or responded to your advertising because they want your service. We do not do outbound, cold calling, purchased lists, or scraped leads, and the guarantee does not apply to those.
- You need real lead flow. This works when you are actively running ads (or otherwise generating genuine inbound leads). If there are no leads coming in, there is nothing for the setter to call or book, and the guarantee does not apply.
- It is not a magic bullet. No setter, ours or anyone else’s, can turn cold, uninterested, or unqualified leads into appointments. The guarantee is about our product performing on real leads, not about manufacturing demand you don’t have.
What you need to qualify
To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:
- have a real, working offer and an active flow of inbound leads — at minimum 50 fresh, opted-in inbound leads per month that BoringSales is allowed to call;
- provide leads that are genuinely inbound, interested in your service, and no more than six months old;
- give BoringSales valid contact data and the legal right and consent to call those leads (see the consent obligations in our Terms of Service);
- keep a working calendar connected with reasonable availability so appointments can be booked;
- let the agent run as configured, without pausing, throttling, or diverting your lead flow; and
- be current on your subscription and in good standing under the Terms of Service.
What you agree to do
A guarantee is a two-way commitment. While it is in effect, you agree to:
- respond to and attend the appointments BoringSales books for you;
- complete onboarding and provide the scripts, offer details, and qualifying criteria we request;
- let us review performance with you and make reasonable adjustments we recommend; and
- route your eligible inbound leads to BoringSales rather than competing channels.
The performance period
We measure performance over an initial period that we set with you at onboarding, starting from the date your agent goes live, not the date you sign up. We track results in your dashboard, including your inbound lead counts, so the picture is transparent to both of us.
If it doesn’t perform
If you met the conditions above and BoringSales still isn’t performing, we make it right. In practice that means we keep working at no additional cost to get it performing, and where it still doesn’t perform, you don’t pay — we will refund your subscription fees for that period.
What the guarantee does not cover is a lack of leads on your side. If you signed up without real inbound volume, or the leads were cold, purchased, scraped, aged, or not genuinely interested in your service, the product never had a fair chance to perform, and the guarantee does not apply.
Exclusions
The guarantee does not apply where:
- the qualifying conditions or your obligations above were not met;
- the leads were not genuinely inbound, or were cold, purchased, scraped, more than six months old, duplicated, unqualified, or lacked the required consent to be contacted;
- inbound lead volume fell below the 50-per-month minimum, or your offer or pricing changed materially;
- results were affected by your downtime, disconnected calendars, unworked appointments, or factors outside our reasonable control; or
- your account was suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service.
How to claim
To raise a guarantee request, email [email protected] and we will review your account against the conditions on this page, including your inbound lead counts, and respond within a reasonable time.
This guarantee is a limited, conditional commitment and is the only performance guarantee we make. It does not modify the Terms of Service, including the “Individual Results Vary” disclaimer and the limitation of liability, except to provide the specific remedy described above when its conditions are met. We may update this guarantee for new customers on a prospective basis; the version in effect when you went live applies to you.
